Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP) Barriers

MFPP Barriers

A barrier is an eligibility requirement that prevents a person’s eligibility for the Minnesota Family Planning Program (MFPP), even when the person meets all other eligibility criteria. Barriers to MFPP eligibility include:

  • Medical Assistance (MA) enrollment
  • Pregnancy
