1. Mid-Sized Company Plan – $500 monthly ($1,000 initiation fee*)

- Unlimited attorney phone consultations for all owners & officers of the business
- $50 hourly discount on additional legal services
2. Small Business Plan – $249 monthly ($699 initiation fee*)
- All benefits of the Startup Plan
- Unlimited phone consultations with a business attorney to discuss business legal issues
- $30 hourly discount on additional legal services
- Complete HR audit and HR best practices audit
- Annual HR audit to ensure legal compliance
- Annual audit of organizational documents (bylaws, written actions & meeting minutes)
- Quarterly attorney check-in/coaching calls
3. Startup Plan – $49 monthly plus ($499 initiation fee*)
- Advertise to clients and others that you have corporate legal counsel
- Complete audit of organizational documents (bylaws, written actions & meeting minutes)
- Up to 4 phone calls per month (unlimited duration) with an attorney to discuss business legal issues
- Reminders of important legal & tax deadlines (LLC renewal, filing deadlines, etc.)
- Registered agent service (i.e. use our address for your business)
- Annual renewal of your LLC
* Initiation fee is waived for new businesses formed by our firm.
